Ristorante Salvatore in Newton-with-Scales, near Kirkham, opened on Halloween 2005 on the site of the old Highgate Hotel. The building has been totally refurbished to create one of the most exciting new restaurants on the Fylde Coast. There is a large private car park and the restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to 130 diners in the main dining area. The new function room opening in 2006 will be able to seat up to 200 people on two levels, and will have its own bar and conference facilities.
Salvatore's in Newton is currently one of five restaurants in the running for a Hi-Life 'Best Family Restaurant' Award, the winner will be chosen in January.
Sunday Entertainment
In the function room there will be Children’s entertainment from this Sunday (Mothers Day) and every other Sunday from then. This consists of table magic, balloon modelling and Kids magic show.
